Yes, we do ship internationally from Finland. But please note that we're not responsible of any customs costs that may appear. Also you need to be prepared for delays on shipping time. But if you are in the EU area there are no customs and shipping should take only a couple business days.

All our products are ready to ship so our processing time is only 1-4 business days. No need to wait for weeks until your order ships.

We use the Finnish Posti as our shipping carrier. Most of our orders are shipped as letter mail and they will arrive straight to your mailbox.

You can return your nail set if you have not used the nails once. Press-on nails are categorized as hygienic products and this is why we can not accept returns for used nails.

If you are not happy with the quality of the nails after use, please contact us at sparklinnail@gmail.com and we will find a solution.

Unfortunately, Posti does not offer shipment tracking for letter mail and this is why we can't offer tracking on your order. If you'd like to pay more for shipment tracking, please contact us at sparklinnail@gmail.com.

But do not worry, if your order does not arrive in the given time frame we will always refund your order or send you a new one.

It depends on your application methods, the type of nail beds you have and how much you use your nails (scratching, washing dishes etc.). Generally if you use glue or glue + adhesive tabs they should last 1-2 weeks. If you use only adhesive nail tabs they should last 1-3 days. But we can't 100% guarantee these, because everyone has different type of nails.

Right now we unfortunately can not make customized sets. But we would still love to hear your ideas considering our future collections! 

Yes, you can shower and even swim with press-on nails! Although this might have an effect on the time the nails last on your natural nails without falling off.

With every set you will get a detailed instructions note on how to easily apply and remove your press-on nails. Please follow that note or watch the instructions videos on our youtube channel. NOTE: Never try to remove your press-on nails with force! This may harm your natural nails.

Everyone's nails are different and you should choose the nail style that fits your lifestyle best whether it's acrylic or press-ons. But generally press-ons are cheaper, easier and faster to apply and remove and they should not harm or weaken your natural nail if applied and removed correctly.

Most of the time yes. If you only use the adhesive nail tabs, they should be reusable because it is easy to remove the tab from the press-on nail after use and just apply a new one next time. With glue you may need to gently file the excess glue off the press-on before next use. Please note that the nails may need some reshaping and correcting if you have been wearing them for a long time. 

Yes! Our every set includes adhesive nail tabs, a small nail buffer, a cuticle pusher and a 2g Cuccio Pro nail glue. Please note that the glue is meant for your nails only. If any glue gets to your skin, remove it immediately. You only need a small drop of the glue on your press-on nail.
